摘要
岭澳二期核电站3、4号汽轮发电机组采用弹簧隔振基础,这是弹簧隔振基础在我国半速机组上的首次应用.按照基础台板模板拆除后汽轮发电机组安装前、机组安装完毕后运行调试前、机组调试期间、机组满负荷运行、机组满负荷运行半年后等5个不同阶段对弹簧基础进行了现场动力特性测试,通过现场测试得到弹簧基础的自振频率及模态、模态阻尼比、台板动刚度、各轴承点振动速度等实测数据,对比其中某些阶段的实测结果与模型计算结果,并分析其存在的差异,为我国大型汽轮发电机弹簧隔振基础的设计提供参考.
Half-speed turbogenerator for LingAoⅡnuclear power plant(NPP)uses spring vibration isolation foundation.According to the five different stages of before and after the turbogenerator unit installation,commissioning of the unit,during the full load operation and half a year of operation,the dynamic characteristics of spring foundation are tested on-site.Through the tests,the foundation frequency and modal,modal damping ratio,dynamic stiffness,vibration speed data were measured.This paper compares the measured results of some stages with calculation results of the model,and analyzes the difference of them.These measured results provide a reference for the design of spring vibration isolatied foundation in China.
