摘要
随着劳动力结构的变化,劳动力成本急剧提升,在劳动密集且繁重的土建施工领域尤为突出.因此近几年施工机械化程度也随之不断提高,以减少对劳动力的依赖程度.越来越多的成型模具被运用到工程中,达到了加快进度、提高质量及降低劳动力成本的目标.在火力发电厂的系统工程中,大型自然通风冷却塔是极其具代表性的构筑物之一.其人字柱为一空间双向倾斜圆形支柱,施工过程存在定位、支模困难以及劳动力需求大的特点.文中所提到的现浇钢模体系很好地解决了这一施工难点,其具有质量工厂化控制、程序化施工、低劳动力需求以及高人性化设施的特点.
As the change of labor structure,the labour cost increase sharply,especially in the field of labor intensive and heavy civil construction.Therefore,the degree of construction mechanization continues to improve accompanying in recent years in order to reduce the dependence of the labour.More and more typified molds have been applied to the engineering so as to speed up the process,improve quality and reduce labor costs. In the power plants,projects the large natural aeration cooling tower is one of the extremely representative structures.Diagonal column is a two-way tilt round pillar which has the characteristics of positioning and forming work difficulties and large labor demand in the construction process.The cast-in-place steel mold system has solved the construction difficulties very well.It has characteristics of factory quality control,programmed construction,low labour demand and the high humanized facilities.
