摘要
悬挂式钢煤斗直筒段通过斜锚筋及锚固板镶嵌在煤斗大梁中,下部锥体段与直筒段焊接连接,锥体整体悬挂在直筒段上.由于其设计无常规煤斗裙梁,锥体上口口径较镶嵌在煤斗大梁内的直筒段外形尺寸大,且直筒段安装须在煤斗大梁混凝土施工前完成,无法按照常规钢煤斗整体或分节吊装的施工方案进行安装,本施工方法创新性地在煤斗大梁下面的一层框架上增加2根H型钢梁,在煤斗大梁施工前,将锥体吊放在钢梁上,避免了煤斗锥体拖运就位,降低了锥体安装难度,在锥体临时就位时增设槽钢支撑加固,有效地确保了整体的稳定性.煤斗锥体上口距离煤斗直筒段仅83cm,大大减少了安装时的提升距离.在施工煤斗大梁时,先将大梁钢筋绑扎完,再分片安装直筒段,最后支设模板及施工混凝土,模板支设时在梁底增设模板对拉加固,确保了混凝土施工时模板牢固可靠.
A straight cylinder section of hanging steel coal scuttle is through the inclined anchor bar and anchor plate embedded in the coal scuttle crossbeam;the lower cone section is connected with a straight cylinder section by welding;pyramidal whole hanging in the straight segment.Because of the design of conventional coal without spandrel beam,cone mouth diameter than the mosaic straight segment size in the scuttle in the beam,and the straight cylinder section installation must be completed before the construction of concrete beams in the coal scuttle,therefore cannot be integrated according to conventional steel scuttle or segmental hoisting construction scheme for installation,the construction method of innovation in coal scuttle the layer below the frame girder added two H-shaped steel girder;girder in construction of coal,the cone dipped in the steel beam,avoids the coal scuttle pyramidal hauling in place,reducing the cone installation difficulty,adding steel support reinforcement in the cone temporarily in place,effectively ensure the stability of the whole.Scuttle cone upper distance straight cylinder section is only 83cm;so greatly reducing the installation of lifting distance.In construction of coal scuttle beam,first making the beam steel banding;then installing the straight cylinder section;finally,a set of concrete formwork and formwork construction,when at the end of the beam to pull the template reinforcement,so that the concrete construction formwork is firm and reliable.
