烟塔筒壁提升强度的计算方法

摘要 筒壁提升强度的计算是贯穿筒壁施工全局的问题,关系到施工的大安全,是公司技术管理的重点之一.《烟囱工程施工及验收规范》(GB50078-2008)和《双曲线冷却塔施工与质量验收规范》(GB 50573-2010)对提升强度也有要求.然而,企标和国标,都没有给出提升强度计算参考,文中以Φ27m型烟囱爬模平台为例,通过分析,得出提升强度实际上是壁厚与内径等外形变量的方程,推导出公式并列出Excel自动计算表格. Lifting strength calculation is the concrete outer cylinder construction of global problems,relates to the construction of safety,is one of the key technical management of our company.Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Chimney Engineering(GB50078-2008)and Code for Construction and Quality Acceptance of Hyperbolic Cooling Tower Engineering(GB 50573-2010)also have requirements to lifting strength.But,enterprise standard and state standard(GB),didn't give lifting strength calculation reference.This paper takesΦ27mtype chimney climbing platform for example,through analysis,it is concluded that one lifting strength is actually the appearance such as the wall thickness and diameter variable equation;the formula and the excel automatic calculation table,are given.
