摘要
某电厂工程钢栈桥运用整体吊装法施工,克服了大跨度钢结构运输及吊装的困难,阐述了施工原理,着眼于钢栈桥分段加工、现场拼装、吊装方案三方面内容,选择了正确的吊具工况,重点验算了钢丝绳的负荷、起吊高度、双机抬吊荷载率、起重臂安全几方面内容,各项技术指标均符合设计和规范要求.
For construction of steel trestle of a power plant,the integral lifting method for construction is used to overcome the difficulties in transporting and hoisting large span steel structure.This paper describes the construction principle,focuses on the sectional processing,on-site assembly and hoisting of the steel trestle.With the correct lifting device working conditions chosen,it focuses on checking the wire rope load,hoisting height,double-crane lifting loading rate,crane arm safety,etc.Various technical indicators are in line with the requirements of design and standards.
