摘要
在借鉴现有相关标准方法和导则的基础上,结合排烟冷却塔烟气品质对防腐涂料性能的要求,初步拟定排烟冷却塔防腐涂料关键性能指标,即附着力、耐磨性、抗渗性、耐酸性、耐候性、抗二氧化碳渗透性和抗水蒸气渗透性.针对于排烟冷却塔特殊条件下的防腐,探索出排烟冷却塔防腐涂料的检测方法及对排烟冷却塔防腐体系的评价.同时提出水气和二氧化碳在混凝土内的分布对涂层耐久性起决定性作用.
Based on the present standard methods and guidelines,combined with the quality requirement of the flue gas from exhaust cooling tower on the performance of anticorrosion coating,main performance indices of exhaust cooling tower anticorrosion coating are studied out,such as adhesion,wear resistance,impermeability resistance,acid resistance,weatherability,carbon dioxide permeability resistance and water vapor permeability resistance.According to special anticorrosion of exhaust cooling tower,the detection method of exhaust cooling tower anticorrosion coatings and assessment of evaluation cooling tower's anticorrosion system is explored.Meanwhile,it is proposed that the water vapor and carbon dioxide in the concrete distribution play a decisive role for coating durability.
