大直径预应力筒仓计算方法

摘要 混凝土筒仓在火力发电厂土建结构中占据重要地位.目前,电厂的机组及容量越来越大,贮煤容量要求随之增高,筒仓的单仓容量越来越大,大型化或超大型化是贮煤筒仓的发展趋势.随着筒仓直径的增加,筒壁的正常使用极限状态采用非预应力结构难以满足要求,因此筒仓规范规定直径大于21m的深仓仓壁,应采用预应力混凝土结构.结合某实际工程,介绍了某直径36m的筒仓在各荷载工况下的受力规律,以期为今后的设计提供借鉴. The prestressed concrete silo takes a very important role in civil engineering structure of power plant.At present,the units and capacity of power plant become larger more and more;so that the coal storage capacity increased;single silo capacity is large,the large-scale is the development trend for coal silo.With the increase of diameter of the silo,the serviceability limit state of the cylinder wall of the nonprestressed structure is difficult to meet the requirements;therefore,the silo specification specified that the silo diameter greater than 21m,fox the deep silo wall,should use prestressed concrete structure.In this text,based on a real project,the stress rule under different loading case,of a 36mdiameter silo is given,so as to provide for reference in future design.
