锆钛酸钡纳米粉体的室温合成和烧结特性

Room Temperature Synthesis of Barium Zirconate Titanate Nanopowders and Their Sintering Characteristics

摘要 利用钛酸四丁酯、硝酸锆、氢氧化钡为原料在室温下,直接合成了颗粒尺寸均匀,组分连续可调的高性能锆钛酸钡(BZT)纳米粉体。粉体颗粒的大小约10nm。整个工艺过程易于操控,绿色、环保、无污染。纳米粉体的合成高效、简便、能耗低。纳米粉体在不同的温度下处理显示,粉体在600℃以上颗粒迅速长大,在无任何添加剂时,1150℃以上可以烧结成致密陶瓷,其介电常数峰值可以大于13000,损耗低于0.015。 Barium zirconate titanate (BZT) nanopowders were directly synthesized at room temperature with the raw materials of tetrabutyl titanate, zirconium nitrate and barium octahydrate. The composites of the as-prepared powders can be adjusted continuously and the grain size of them is homogeneous as around of 10 nm. Without any contamination, all the synthesis process is green and environment-friendly. The synthesis of the nanopowders consumes low energy, and also the operation is convenient and efficient. The as-prepared powders annealed at different temperatures, show that the grain grows rapidly above 600 ℃. The green body pressed with as-prepared powders and without any additives can be sintered as dense ceramics at the temperature above 1150 ℃. The peak of the dielectric constant can reach greater than 13 000 with loss lower than 0.015.
