摘要
以La2O3,硝酸铈和硝酸锶为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了(La0.96Sr0.04)2Ce2O6.96陶瓷。用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)分析了样品的相成分和微观组织,用激光脉冲法和推杆法测量了样品的热物理性能。结果表明,所制备的样品具有萤石晶体结构,且组织致密,晶界清晰,具有较低的热导率和较高的热膨胀系数。良好的热物理性能表明(La0.96Sr0.04)2Ce2O6.96陶瓷有潜力用作热障涂层陶瓷层候选材料。
Using La2O3 , Sr(NO3)2 ·6H2O and Ce(NO3)3 ·6H2O as reactants, (La0.96Sr0.04)2Ce2O6.96 cramic was prepared by the sol-gel method. The phase composition and microstructure of the product were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronical microscope (SEM), respectively. The thermophysical properties of samples were also measured using the laser-flash method and the pushing-rod method. XRD results show that the prepared ceramic has single fluorite structure and SEM indicate that the microstructure of the product is dense and the boundaries are very clean. The thermophysical results indicate that the thermal conductivity of the product is very low and the thermal expansion coefficient is high relatively. The better thermophysical properties imply that the (La0.96Sr0.04)2Ce2O6.96 has potential to be explored as candidate ceramic material for thermal barrier coatings.
