磷酸二氢铝浸渍剂的制备与改性 被引量:2

Synthesis and Modification of Monoaluminium Phosphate Impregnating Agent

摘要 采用浓度为85%的磷酸溶液和纯Al(OH)3粉以P/Al原子数比3/1.04配制Al(H2PO4)3(AHP)溶液,并利用纳米SiO2、超细SiC粉体对Al(H2PO4)3浸渍剂进行改性。利用SEM、EDS、XRD对制备的磷酸铝基材料组成及表面特征进行分析。结果表明:1300℃下,Al(H2PO4)3在空气中烧结时,产物为Al(PO3)3和AlPO4混合物;而在氮气气氛中烧结时,产物主要为AlPO4,且烧结程度高;纳米SiO2比超细SiC粉体更有利于磷酸铝致密膜的生成。 85 wt% phosphoric acid and pure Al(OH)3 were used in synthesis of monoaluminium phosphate impregnating agent (AHP) with atom ratio P: Al=3: 1.041. And modification of AHP with nano SiO2 powder and SiC superfine powder was studied. The mineral composition and surface morphology of AHP ceramic products was investigated using SEM,EDS and XRD. Results show that the product of AHP sintered in Air is the mixture of Al(PO3)3 and AlPO4 ,while it is AlPO4 with high degree of density when AHP sintered in N2 . Compared with SiC superfine powder, nano SiO2 powder is beneficial to modification of AHP and to generating AlPO4 dense membrane.
