稀土氧化物稳定氧化锆陶瓷的铁弹增韧 被引量:3

Ferroelastic Toughening in Rare Earth Oxide Stabilized Zirconia Ceramic

摘要 采用化学共沉淀法制备了5种不同成分的稀土氧化物部分稳定氧化锆的粉体,并通过无压烧结制备了致密的陶瓷块体。测试了样品的物相和晶格结构,并用显微压痕法测定了样品的断裂韧性。结果表明,铁弹增韧效应对陶瓷样品断裂韧性的提高起到了重要的作用。 Chemical co-precipitation method was used to synthesize five kinds of rare earth partial stabilized zirconia powder and pressureless sintering was used to prepare dense monolith samples of those compositions. By X-ray diffraction, the phase and lattice structure were investigated. And micro-indentation method was applied to measure the fracture toughness of all the samples. Confirmed by the relationship between fracture toughness and lattice structure, the toughening is attributed to the ferroelastic mechanism.
