摘要
通过改变辅助气体压力,研究不同热输入下CO2激光焊接钛合金的接头形貌和小孔行为的差异性。结果表明,氦气气压对于焊接接头的影响,更多源于压力本身对液态熔池的影响,相对氩气保护而言,它对小孔行为的影响比较小。其原因主要因为氦气保护时形成的等离子体比较少,在不同压力下差别也比较小,因而对于小孔行为的影响也比较小。
A series of experiments about CO2 laser welding of TA15 TI-alloy were completed by He as shielding gas at different pressures in order to study the influence of gas pressure on joint geometry and keyhole behavior.The results show that the pressure has quite influence on the joint geometry,but has few influence on the keyhole behavior.It means the influence of gas pressure on joint geometry originates most from the pressure applied on the liquid molten pool,but not from the change of keyhole behavior like Ar as shielding gas.
