摘要 主要研究激光直接沉积TC17钛合金沉积态组织与性能,为激光修复钛合金提供理论依据。结果表明,采用优化的工艺参数沉积的TC17钛合金沉积态组织为典型的α+β两相组织。β基体上析出二次α相。TC17沉积态试样的抗拉性能略高于固溶时效的盘模锻件。TC17沉积态试样的断裂属于准解理断裂。TC17钛合金中的缺陷是试验过程中未熔化的粉末混入组织中造成的,在以后的试验中需要进一步改变工艺参数,预防此类缺陷的产生。 In order to provide scientific basis for the laser repairing of titanium alloy,the microstructure and tensile property of laser direct deposited TC17 titanium alloy were studied in this paper.By using the optimized technical parameters,the deposited state shows typical α+β structure.The second precipitating α-phase is precipitated on the β-matrix.The TC17 tensile sample shows a little higher tensile property than the wrought parts(1120 MPa).The fracture mode of the sample is quasi cleavage.In the experiment,unmelted powders interfuse the microstructure.It is important for improving the process parameters to prevent this kind of defects.
