摘要
将金属铬添加到FeSi合金中,制备得到Fe85Si15-xCrx(x=0,2.4,4.4,质量分数,%)系列合金微粉。研究了微观形貌和显微结构,计算了价电子结构,分析了在0.5~18 GHz频段内的电磁参数和微波吸收性能。结果表明,随着铬含量的增加,在FeSiCr体心结构的(111)和(100)晶面的键共价电子对数减小。在4 GHz附近,铬含量为2.4%的微粉的最小反射约–10dB。在FeSiCr合金中,铬含量应适当。
Fe85Si15-x Crx(x=0,2.4,4.4,wt%) alloy powder was prepared by adding chromium into FeSi alloy.The morphology and microstructure were studied,electronic structures were calculated,electromagnetic parameters were measured and microwave absorption properties in the frequency range from 0.5 to 18 GHz were analyzed.With the increasing of Cr content,pair number of bond covalent electrons decrease in(111) and(100) plane of body centered cubic FeSiCr lattice.The minimum reflection loss about(–10 dB) among the three powders was 2.4wt% Cr content near the frequency of 4 GHz.The content of chromium should be suitable in FeSiCr alloy.
