柠檬酸溶胶凝胶法制备纳米结构Cu-Al_2O_3复合材料(英文)

Nanostructured Cu–Al_2O_3 Composite Produced by Citric Acid Sol-Gel Method

摘要 通过柠檬酸溶胶凝胶法和粉末冶金法制备了纳米结构Cu-Al2O3复合材料。使用X射线衍射仪(XRD),透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)对混合粉体的结构和形态进行分析。同时对样品的密度,硬度和电学性能进行测试。结果表明:复合材料的粒度约为56~286 nm,Al2O3颗粒弥散分布在基体中。随着氧化铝含量的增加,密度及电导率下降,硬度值上升。 Nanostructred Cu-Al2O3 composites were synthesized by citric acid sol-gel method and powder metallurgy.The structure and morphology of the mixed powder were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The density,hardness and electrical property were also tested.The results show that composite particle size is about 286~56 nm,and Al2O3 particles homogenously disperse in matrix.With the increase of the alumina content,the density and the electric conductivity deceases,while the hardness increases.
