SOFC阴极材料La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)Cu_xCo_yMn_(1-x-y)O_3的制备和性能研究 被引量:7

Preparation and Properties of Cathode Material La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)Cu_xCo_yMn_(1-x-y)O_3 for SOFC

摘要 采用EDTA溶胶-凝胶法制备了La0.7Sr0.3Cux Coy Mn(1-x-y)O3系列阴极材料,并对材料的结构和性能进行了研究。利用X射线衍射技术对粉体的性能进行了表征。XRD结果表明,不同成分的干凝胶在1000℃煅烧时,全部形成钙钛矿相。采用直流四电极法测试了La0.7Sr0.3Cux Coy Mn(1-x-y)O3的电导率,结果显示其在中温条件下具有较高电导率,各样品电导率总体上是随着温度的增加而逐渐增加的,其中La0.7Sr0.3Cu0.5Co0.4Mn0.1O3阴极样品具有最高的电导率,在800℃时电导率达到了646.8 S/cm。 La0.7Sr0.3Cux Coy Mn(1-x-y)O3 series cathode materials were synthesized using EDTA sol-gel method and their properties and structures were also studied.The powder properties were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),which indicate that all the samples with different elements are perovskite-type oxide structures calcined at 1000℃.The obtained La0.7Sr0.3Cux Coy Mn(1-x-y)O3 samples show high electrical conductivities under moderate temperature condition according to the result of electrochemical workstation.Moreover,the electrical conductivities increase with the increasing of temperature.La0.7Sr0.3Cu0.5Co0.4 Mn0.1O3 cathode materials have the highest electrical conductivitie,which is 646.8 S/cm at 800℃.
