摘要
基于固体与分子经验电子理论,计算了Al-Cu-Mg-Ag合金主要析出相θ'、S'和Ω的价电子结构与结构单元总成键能力,研究了析出相价电子结构、结构单元总成键能力与其竞争析出的关系。发现:θ′相的Fθ′值比Ω相的FΩ值大81.4%,S相的FS值比Ω相的FΩ值大0.2%,从析出相析出驱动力看,Ω相的析出驱动力远大于θ′相的析出驱动力,Ω相的析出驱动力与S相的析出驱动力相近,从析出相析出阻力的角度看,Ω相时效析出阻力小于S相的析出阻力。
Based on the EET theory,the valence electron structures and the total forming-bond ability F of the structure units of the main precipitated phases of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys were calculated.The relationships between the valence electron structures,the total forming-bond ability F of the structure units and their competition precipitation behavior were studied.It is shown that Fθ′of θ′ phase is 81.4% bigger than FΩ of Ω phase,FS of S phase is 0.2% bigger than FΩ of Ω phase.From the precipitating driving of precipitated phases view,the precipitating driving of Ω phase is far bigger than that of θ′ phase,while it is close to that of S phase.From the precipitating obstruction view,the precipitating obstruction of Ω phase is smaller than that of S phase.
