摘要
现场总线已逐渐成为世界自动化技术的发展趋势和热点,在飞行模拟器中也得到了广泛的应用。根据多年开发飞行模拟器座舱采集系统的经验,首次将WAGO现场总线应用于飞行模拟器的座舱采集与控制系统中,针对WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750系列模块,采用EtherCAT协议,设计了模拟量和开关量输入输出的连接电路,重点解决了Twincat软件结合Wago的现场总线通讯,简化了操作和编程,使座舱采集系统具有模块化、标准化、安全可靠的特点,更降低了成本,为飞行模拟器的座舱采集与控制提供了一种新方法、新思路。
Fieldbus has gradually become a world of automation technology trends and hotspots,and has also been widely used in the flight simulator.According to many years of development experience of the flight simulator cockpit acquisition system,WAGO fieldbus was used in the flight simulator cockpit acquisition and control system for the first time.For the WAGO-IO-SYSTEM 750 series modules,using EtherCAT protocol,the connected circuits of the analog and switch of input and output were designed,the fieldbus communication between the TwinCAT software and WAGO was solved.The operation and programming was simplified,which made the cockping acquisition system have the features of modularization,standardization,safety and reliability,also reduced the cost and provided a new approach,new idea for the flight simulator cockpit acquisition and control.
