抑癌基因P53与肾母细胞瘤的研究进展

Advances of Suppressive Oncogen P53 and Nephroblastoma

目的 :介绍近年来肾母细胞瘤(wilm瘤)与P53基因的研究进展。方法:查阅国内外有关文献进行综述。结果 :在wilms瘤中存在P53基因的丢失、突变和异常表达。结论 :P53基因与wilm瘤的发生及预后明确相关。

Objective:To introduce recent advances of suppressive oncogen P53and the nephroblastoma(Wilm's tumor).Methods:To reviewthe related literatures and to make a summary.Results:The P53appeared mutation,lost or abnormal expression in Wilm's tumor.Conclusion:The Wilm's tumor has close relationship with the P53gene.
