The Development of Toyota Corporation and Local Society:Based on the Previous Researches

早在1980年代以前,丰田公司随着自身发展,已逐渐开始加强与地域社会的联系并且通过有效利用地域资源进而控制地方行政建立起独特的地域社会系统。丰田公司的成功不光在于企业内部的丰田式管理,更在于建立了以企业为中心的地域社会系统从而实现了低成本与高回报。应用法团主义理论可以很好地解释这种以企业为权威,以发展经济为首要目标的地域社会系统及其特点,而正是这种企业法团主义支撑了企业的发展而使日本在战后迅速崛起。

Before the 1980s,Toyota Corporation started to strengthen the relations with local society and controlled the local government through using local resources effectively and then established specific local society system. The success of Toyota Corporation not only ascribes to ' Management of Toyota Style'; furthermore,the success ascribes to the establishment of local enterprises-centered society system which realizes the low cost and high repay. Using corporatism theory could well elucidate local system and its characters which take enterprises as authority,economic development as primary objectivity. It is corporatism that sustains enterprises development and made Japan rapid rise in the postwar.
