Research on Synthesis of Linalool from α-Pinene

研究用甲位蒎烯在W-4雷尼镍催化下氢化制得蒎烷,再经氧气或空气氧化得到蒎烷氢过氧化物,然后在W-4雷尼镍催化下氢化还原或利用氢氧化钠水溶液将其分解成2-蒎烷醇,最后在氨气稀释下经高温裂解制备芳樟醇的工艺。

The synthesis process of linalool by using α-pinene as starting material was investigated.First,pinane was produced through W-4 Raney nickel-catalyzed hydrogenation from α-pinene,and then oxidized to pinane hydroperoxide by oxygen or air,followed by the reduction of pinane hydroperoxide to 2-pinanol via W-4 Raney nickel-catalyzed hydrogenation or using sodium hydrate solution,finally a pyrolysis of 2-pinanol with dilution of ammonia was adopted.
