摘要
忻州师范学院扶贫顶岗实习支教活动对基层教育起到了不可替代的扶持作用。但部分支教生作为新手初登讲台,教学方面也暴露出一定问题。主要体现在:1.在授课过程中普遍语速快、语调平淡;2.在课程导入过程中存在太过书面化、太过抽象,缺少生活化、通俗化语言;3.提问学生或者组织学生进行课堂活动时存在教学情境设置不当从而导致学生回答问题时文不对题、答非所问;4.部分学生普通话水平有待提高。为合理解决此类问题,文章提出相应建议。
The project of in-post teaching practice plays a unique role in education in remote areas.But as new teachers,some problems are exposed to some of them,which are mainly reflected in:(1) speaking fast with a flat tone;(2) teaching with abstract language lacking living one in the inductive process of teaching;(3) creating inappropriate teaching situations causing irrelevant answer of the students;(4) needing to be improved in Mandarin.For the above reasons,the corresponding suggestions are proposed in this paper.
