In this article,the theory basis of skill training of the development and application of low-cost experiments for normal students majoring in physics are discussed from different angles.Then paper investigated the training mode that local normal universities developed the skill of the development and application of low-cost experiments for normal students majoring in physics.Under the premise of fully embodies 'localism',this mode combined the development and application of low-cost experiments for normal students majoring in physics with the relational education theory,and combined skills development with advanced ideas of education,and combined the training on micro-level with the promotion on the macro level.Practice has proved that this mode is an effective means and an important part of that local normal universities train the teaching skills of normal students majoring in physics.
