山西职业教育的现状与思考

Current Situation and Reflection of the Shanxi Occupation Education

职业教育是为了培养职业人的,以传授某种特定职业所需的知识、技能和职业意识的教育。近年来,山西职业教育发展取得了显著的成就,但仍存在着对职业教育认识的不全面、教育经费不足、师资力量薄弱等问题。结合山西省的实际情况,今后应当从转变认识、完善职业教育经费渠道、加强师资培训等方面寻求发展途径。

Occupation education is to cultivate people's occupation,to impart a specific occupation required knowledge,skills and occupation consciousness education. In recent years,the development of Shanxi occupation education has made remarkable achievements, but there are still understanding of occupation education problem is not comprehensive,the shortage of education funds,teachers are weak. Combined with the actual situation in Shanxi Province,we should shift from understanding,improve the occupation education financing channels,strengthen teacher training,to seek the development way.
