基于供应链视角下的企业供应商选择策略构建 被引量:3

摘要 产业政策作为供应链形成的外生解释变量固然能起到有力的促进作用,但在各节点产权封闭下的利益驱动则是供应链形成内生解释变量。从而,自然需要将视线转移到企业的供应商选择上来。为此,供应链的稳定性与否,是一个逆向选择合理性的问题。在中间商作为考察对象,针对供应商的选择策略包括:强化市场人员的岗位能力;减少信息不对称的负面影响;建立声誉约束下的选择机制;提升企业行业的品牌号召力。
