摘要
强力搅拌土内植刚性芯棒嵌入硬持力层复合桩是由水泥土搅拌桩和内植刚性桩共同组成的,通过价格低廉的水泥搅拌桩形成的大直径,使桩体周表面积显著增大,从而使桩侧摩阻力大幅度提高。其具有成桩方便、适用性强、桩身质量可靠、施工速度快、造价低、承载力高、无挤土和无需泥浆外运处理等优点,同时也解决了深厚软土层中桩侧摩阻力低的问题。重点就复合桩的受力机理和单桩竖向承载力进行研究。
The hard bearing layer composite pile with rigid core rod-embedded strong mixing soils is composed of the cement-soil mixing piles and the rigid piles. Large diameter formed by low prices of the cement mixing piles makes pile surface area increases, so that the pile friction resistance of the piles increases significantly. It is characterized by convenience, strong applicability, reliable pile quality, fast construction speed, low cost, high bearing capacity, no soil squeezing and without mud outbound processing, etc., and the problem of low side friction of the piles in deep soft soil layer is solved. The force mechanisms of the vertical bearing capacity of composite piles and single pile are highlighted.
