简要介绍了钢管车间托辊式步进齿条冷床的结构形式,主要说明了冷床传动结果和动作原理,阐述了应用Adams软件对冷床传动部分进行计算,得出负载功率转矩曲线图,并对设计初级阶段初选电机能力进行验算,可对实际工程中冷床传动电机的计算起指导作用。

This paper briefly introduced the structure of roller-type walking beam cooling bed in seamless steel tube workshop,illustrated the drive result and principle of cooling bed,and elaborated the application of MSC.ADAMS software to the calculation of cooling bed drive.The torque graph of load was concluded,and the primary motor capacity in the initial design stage was calculated,which may provide directions for the calculation of cooling bed drive motor in practical engineering.
