加工硬化使金属的变形抗力增大,金属的变形热与摩擦热使轧件和轧辊的温度升高,辊系间的热量流动使轧辊轴向温升不均匀,产生热凸度。所以选择合适的冷却润滑剂,对控制板形十分重要。其中轧制油的工作温度、工作压力、流量和分布是主要影响因素。简述1650铝箔粗中轧机的轧制油系统的原理、设计、管道的安装及设备的设计。
