阐述电镀锡机组软熔段的工艺和设备情况,从金属学的角度分析镀锡板耐腐蚀性、焊接性和装饰性的原理,指出了软熔的方法和手段。最后论述软熔的设备情况,对各类设备的优缺点进行分析对比。
In the reflow unit the coating is heated beyond the melting point of the tin,thus giving the strip a shiny surface and forming a Sn-Fe-alloy layer which enhances the corrosion protection and the adhesion of the tin layer on the strip surface.The heat treatment is core of the reliable processing line design,the heat treatment including induction heating,resistance heating and combination of resistance and induction.
