摘要
太钢2250热轧工程主轧线设备基础设计所在持力层地质条件不能满足设备安装和生产工艺要求,必须进行技术处理,保证基础的沉降量满足设备运行的要求。通过多方案的技术分析、比较和论证以及地基的设计计算和施工技术的介绍,确定砂砾石垫层地基换填+降水预压固结地基处理方案。在施工中因地制宜,采用天然级配砂砾石作为换填料,既保证了质量,达到设计要求,又充分利用当地资源,降本增效。为日后类似工程积累了成功经验。
The 2250 Hot rolling Engineering main rolling line equipment foundation bearing layer of Tai Steel cannot meet equipment installation and production process requirements which must carry out the technical processing to ensure the settlement of the basis to meet the requirements of the equipment operation.In this paper,multi-program technical analysis,comparison and verification is maded,as well as foundation design calculations and construction technology introduced to determine the plan which is sand and gravel cushion foundation for fill with precipitation preloading consolidation foundation treatment.In the construction of local conditions,use natural graded sand and gravel as for the filler,both to ensure quality and meet the design requirements,but also make full use of local resources and cost reduction and efficiency,which accumulated successful experience in similar projects for the future.
