摘要
首先对椭圆振动筛系统进行动力学系统分析,探讨其椭圆运动轨迹的形成机理。在此基础上运用ADAMS虚拟样机技术,建立振动筛刚体系统虚拟样机模型并仿真,进一步验证了椭圆运动轨迹的形成机理,从而为椭圆振动筛的实际应用提供理论指导。
Firstly,the theory model of the elliptical trace was discussed by means of dynamic analysis of the elliptical vibration screen system. Further,based on the virtual prototype technique of ADAMS,the virtual prototype model of the vibration system was built and simulated,which further validated the elliptical trace,and thus providing a theoretical guidance for the application of the elliptical vibration screen.
