氧枪卷扬张力自平衡装置的设计

摘要 在转炉炼钢过程中,氧枪升降卷扬装置中两侧钢丝绳会出现张力偏差现象,需要经常人工调整维护。本文针对某钢厂的氧枪卷扬升降装置进行了改进,增加了自平衡装置,使得生产过程中钢丝绳的张力能自动调整到平衡状态。该装置减少了对氧枪传动设备的维护工作量,同时提高了其运行的安全性。 In the process of converter steelmaking,both sides of the wire rope in the oxygen lance winch lifting device will appear the phenomenon of tension deviation,which need for frequent manual adjustment and maintenance. This paper make an improvement for oxygen lance's winch lifting device of a steel plant,increasing the self-balancing device,so that the production process of the rope tension can be adjusted automatically to the state of equilibrium. The device reduces the maintenance workload of oxygen lance transmission equipment,while improving the safety of its operation.
