摘要
冷剪曲轴为静不定结构时,各支点受力大小与三个滑动轴承的配合公差的选取以及轴承座的刚度直接相关。不合理的配合关系可能会导致曲轴或机架的破坏。本文通过对冷剪曲轴和机架建模后进行有限元分析,计算出曲轴和机架在中间滑动轴承处的最大许用载荷,按最大许用载荷分别计算出曲轴和机架的变形量,最终得出使曲轴和机架同时具有合理安全系数的滑动轴承配合间隙差值。
For cold shear the force condition of the crankshaft is determined by the difference of three sliding bearings clearance and the rigidity of bearing chock when it' s in statically indeterminate structure,especially,unreasonable bearing fit may lead to failure of crankshaft or stand. In this paper,we analyze the force condition of the crankshaft and stand of cold shear,and calculate the maximum permissible stress of the intermediate sliding bearing by using FEM. Moreover the deformation of the crankshaft and stand can be calculated according to the maximum permissible load. Finally,the fit clearance of sliding bearing can be acquired,meanwhile reasonable safety factor of the crankshaft and stand will be within the scope of requirement.
