Finimt Element Analysis of the Under Gate for Cone Pot on Coke Dry Quenching

底闸门是干熄焦焦罐的重要部件之一,承受着较大的热载荷,通过Solidworks和Ansys软件建立实体模型对其进行热分析及静力分析,根据分析得出的结果对焦罐底闸门进行优化设计。

The under gate is one of the important parts of coke dry quenching coke pot and bears a greater thermal load,static stress and thermal stress of the gate were analyzed by using ANSYS solid modle of coke dry quenching coke pot,Through this analysis,some measures was given to improve the of the coke pot under gate design.
