摘要
锻造操作机是锻造设备的重要辅助设备,其性能直接影响工件的锻造精度。本文针对操作机夹钳旋转机构的快速性、稳定性及准确性的要求,对该部分系统进行功能分析和说明,并设计液压控制系统回路。通过对液压系统回路的合理设计,改善了夹钳旋转的控制性能,解决了夹钳旋转的启停冲击问题,夹钳旋转机构系统实现了稳、准、快及智能控制,并能节能减震。
The forging manipulator is a key auxiliary equipment for forging equipments,its performance directly affects the forging precision of the workpiece. According to the requirements of stability,accuracy and rapidity for the forging manipulator,the function of hydraulic control system is analyzed and explained and the circuit of hydraulic control system is designed based on its function. Through rational design of the hydraulic control system circuit,the control performance of the clamp rotation system is improved,start-up impact and braking impact problems of the clamp rotation are solved,the clamp rotation system has realized the stable,accurate,rapid and intelligent control,it can also save energy and absorb shock.
