Some problems in the changgang 100 million t /a cooling bed of the Shougang Group were found in the production process,the corresponding measures were taken,the problems of synchronization cooling bed,drive shaft bearing blocked,vibration and so on were effectively solved,which can provide reference for similar equipment.
