烧结主抽风机变频调速的节能原理及效果

Energy-Saving Principles and Effects of Frequency Conversion Control on Main Sintering Exhauster

摘要 结合烧结主抽风机的运行工况,分析了变频调速的节能原理,并列举了国内不同规模的400m2烧结机、500m2烧结机和660m2烧结机主抽风机成功应用变频调速的节能范例,论证了节能效果。结果表明:通过对烧结主抽风机的变频调速,可达到节能降耗,降低生产成本的目的,这将是今后建设大型烧结工程发展的方向。 Based on the operation condition of the main sintering exhausters,this article has analyzed the energy-saving principles of frequency conversion control applied on main sintering exhauster,meanwhile listed several successful domestic energy-saving application cases of different sizes such as a 400m2sinter,a 500m2sinter and a 660m2main sintering exhauster on which frequency conversion control was applied,and thus demonstrated the energysaving effects. The results indicate that by the frequency conversion controlon the main sintering exhauster,the goal to decrease energy cost and production cost can be reached. This will be the trend for major sinter projects in the future.
