SVG链式无功补偿装置在轧钢机上的应用

摘要 介绍了动态无功补偿装置在某不锈钢公司轧钢机负载上的应用情况。采用SVG对轧钢机负荷进行补偿,可以稳定系统电压,满足生产需要,并大大降低系统无功损耗,而且避免传统SVG等阻抗型补偿装置带来的系统谐振或者谐波放大等问题,极大的提高电网的安全性。现场应用情况表明,动态无功补偿装置对于冶金行业的轧钢机负载具有很好的补偿效果。 Application of the dynamic reactive power compensation device load in a rolling mill of a stainless steel company is introduced. Using SVG to compensate the mill load,can stabilize the system voltage,which can meet the needs of production,and greatly reduce the system reactive power loss,but also to avoid the traditional SVC impedance compensator system brought by the resonance or harmonic amplification problem,greatly improve the security of the power grid. Field application shows that the dynamic reactive power compensation device has good compensation effect for steel rolling mill in the metallurgical industry load.
