摘要
文章通过正交试验对钻孔制程中可能发生钉头的生产条件进行了综合验证分析,结果发现,钻孔过程中的热效应是导致钉头产生的主要原因。在此基础上,提出控制钉头的相关措施,结合通过生产跟进进一步确保改善措施的可行性与有效性。
The detailed analysis on the effects of nail-heading in drilling process by the way of orthogonal experiment is developed in this paper. Results show that the thermo effect is the key factor in the producing of nailheading. The feasibility and effectiveness of corresponding improvement measures are proved by the practical manufacture.
