跨语种在线互动平台研究

面对全球互联网和信息技术的飞速发展,通过互联网的全球无障碍信息沟通成为可能.但由于人工成本和多语种检索技术的局限,对于跨语种的即时沟通技术和平台仍相对匮乏.作者以泰语为切入点,采用跨语种知识库设计、知识检索和翻译协同技术相结合的方法,提出一种跨语种、可扩展的在线互动平台建设模式和实现方法.采用该方法,以单语种检索替代了多语种检索,使得来自不同国家的访问者可用自己熟悉的语言通过互联网与客服人员进行在线沟通和交流.

Faced on the rapid development of global Internet and the information technology,it is possible to communicate each other using accessible information of Internet in the world.The technology and platform of across languages instant communication is short,for constrain of labor cost and language retrieval technology.This paper proposed a extensible cross-languages model and implement method of online interactive platform construction,based on across languages knowledge base design,knowledge retrieval and translation work together technology.After using this method,the mono-language retrieval will replace multi-languages retrieval,which make visitors from different countries can use their own familiar language through the Internet and online customer service staff to communicate and exchange.
