我国农村基层干部队伍建设探析

Exploration and Analysis on the Construction of Grass-roots Cadres in China

农村基层干部是贯彻执行党在农村各项方针政策的骨干,是团结带领广大农民脱贫致富奔小康、建设有中国特色社会主义新农村的带头人。当前,我国正处在经济转型时期,农村社会出现了很多新情况和新形势,给农村基层干部队伍提出了严峻的挑战。从加强我国农村基层干部队伍建设的必要性出发,探析农村基层干部队伍面临的问题和制约农村基层干部队伍建设的因素,提出一些思考和建议。

Rural grassroots cadres are the backbone of carrying out each policy of party in the countryside,and are the foregoers uniting with the broad masses of farmers to overcome poverty and achieve prosperity to construct new socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics.At present,our country is in economic transition period,many new conditions and new situations are appearing,which bring severe challenges to the rural grassroots cadres.From the necessity of strengthening the construction of our country rural grassroots cadres,the paper analyzes the problems and factors faced by rural grassroots cadres,some thinking and suggestions are put forward.
