陆良县乡村旅游现状及发展对策研究

Rural Tourism Situation and Development Strategies Research of Luliang Country

云南省陆良县乡村旅游资源丰富,气候条件好,交通便利,但乡村旅游发展却相对滞后。通过对陆良县乡村旅游现状进行调查和分析,发现陆良县在发展乡村旅游方面还有一些不足之处:如政府整体规划欠缺,宣传力度不够;旅游资源挖掘力度不够,旅游地形象不突出;经营者各自为政,营销管理体制不健全;旅游从业人员缺乏,服务质量不高等。在此基础上本研究认为需要政府制定科学的发展规划,明确的发展战略;挖掘乡村旅游资源,构建特色旅游产品体系;建立健全市场营销体系,鼓励多元化投资渠道;完善乡村旅游工作机制,加强乡村文化宣传;培养高素质旅游人才队伍,提高乡村旅游服务水平。

Luliang County,Yunnan province is rich in tourism resources,climatic conditions,transport facilities,but the development of rural tourism is relatively slow.Through the investigation of rural tourism status in Luliang County,this paper analyzes the problems existing during the development.Such as the lack of government overall planning,inadequate propaganda;:tourism resources mining is not enough,the image of tourist destination is not prominent;:operators act of one's own free will,unsoundness of marketing management system;:lack of tourism-engaged people,bad-quality services;:on the basis of this study,it need the government to formulate scientific development planning and clear development strategy;:develop mine rural tourism resources,construct tourism products system;:establish and improve the marketing system,encourage the diversification of investment channels;:improve the working mechanism of rural tourism,strengthen rural cultural propaganda;:cultivate the tourism talents team,improve the rural tourism service level.
