摘要
伤口愈合困难是临床各科常见的并发症。近年来,随着长期卧床、CVI、糖尿病和动脉粥样硬化等上述伤口溃疡易发的发病率日益上升,由此引起的伤口愈合困难的发生率也随之逐年升高,导致患者住院天数、离开工作时间、住院费用和社会总医疗支出不断增加。因此临床上亟需一种有效、简单、使用方便的促进伤口愈合的治疗方法。光照疗法(lighttherapy)开启了伤口愈合的新纪元。本文采用主播长为630nm以及830nm的红光和红外LED作为照射光源,研究LED光照射后对细胞存活率,以及羟脯氨酸合成的影响,从而探究其在临床伤口愈合中应用的可行性。
Difficulty in wound healing is a common complication of clinical symptoms. In recent years,with the increase of incidence rate of bedridden,CVI,diabetes and atherosclerosis- prone ulcers that can result in the wound ulcers which also will give rise to the difficulty in the wound healing,the length of stay,the time away from work,the hospitalization expenses and the total social health spending will increase at the same time. Therefore,it is important to find an effective,simple treatment for the wound healing. The light therapy is a new method. In this paper,the 630nm and 830nm LED will be used as the light source to research the influence in cell viability and the synthesis of Hydroxy proline and effect of LED's application in the wound healing will be explored.
