本文浅析了城市景观照明光污染的定义、现象、产生导因、分类、危害与控制治理。指出了防治光污染是一项社会系统工程,应以防为主,防治结合。需要有关部门制订必要的法律和规定,采取相应的防护措施,政府约束行为与检测。表明了城市夜景照明要突出重点,不能把夜景照明简单理解为地毯式的城市全部亮化,要注重"点"与"面"的结合。应放弃"不夜城"理念和反思"光污染"危害。

This paper analyses the definition of urban landscape lighting light pollution,phenomenon,causes,classification,harm and control management. Pointed out that the prevention and treatment of light pollution is a social systems engineering,and should be given priority to prevent,control combination.Need to relevant departments to formulate the necessary laws and regulations,take the corresponding protective measures,government behavior constraints and testing. Shows the city night view lighting to highlight the key,can't all night scene lighting is simple to understand for carpet of city lighting,should pay attention to the combination of \ ″dot \ ″ and \ ″surface \ ″. Should abandon the concept of \ ″the city that never sleeps and reflection \ ″ light pollution \ ″.
