高校学生党员发展和管理工作的创新研究

A Study of the Development and Management of Student Party Members in Universities under the New Situation

文章通过对高校学生党员发展和管理工作现状的描述,结合党员发展和管理政策形势研究,进一步明确新形势下高校学生党员发展和管理工作的方向和重点。本文在充分认识当前形势任务的前提下,提出了高校学生党员发展和管理工作要树立"质量优先"、"党建育人"和"改革创新"三个理念,同时正确处理好"数量与质量"、"组织发展与教育管理"、"素质提高和作用发挥"三对关系。

Through the analysis on the current status of the work on the development and management of student party members in the university,combined with the research of its policy,the paper aims to further clarify the work's direction and the focus under the new situation.Under the premise of fully understanding the current situation and tasks,the paper comes up with three concepts: 'Quality First','Cultivation through Party Development',and 'Reform and Innovation',and meanwhile it properly handles the three mutual relationships of 'Quantity and Quality','Organization Development and Education Management',and 'Quality Amelioration and Function Optimization'.
