中国-东盟警察教育训练交流合作机制,因其共同利益、共同行为和共同规则而构成,具有教育交流性、职业特殊性、互惠双赢性、模式创新性等特点,可以促进CAFTA各国警察教育训练的交流与合作,维护CAFTA各国的安全稳定,增强中国-东盟友好合作关系。因此,建立健全中国-东盟警察教育训练交流合作的宏观机制、中观机制和微观机制,有利于提高中国-东盟警察教育训练合作水平。

The exchanges and cooperation mechanism for China-ASEAN police educational training is characterized by educational exchanges,vocational particularity,mutual benefits,mode innovation,etc.,due to its common interests,common behaviors and common rules.The mechanism promotes the exchanges and cooperation between the different countries in CAFTA in terms of police educational training,maintains the security and stability of the countries in CAFTA and improves China-ASEAN friendly cooperation.Therefore,the establishment of a sound macroscopic,medium-scopic and microscopic mechanisms for China-ASEAN police educational training contributes to improvement of China-ASEAN police educational training level.
