Developing Legal Culture to Promote Development and Prosperity of Socialist Culture

法治文化是我国社会主义文化的重要组成部分,体现在我们社会生活的方方面面。法治文化对社会主义文化的发展具有重要作用,但我国法治文化还不发达,甚至还可能成为国家发展的掣肘。因此,要大力发展繁荣法治文化才能推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣。我们要以加强和改进党对文化工作的领导为契机,以健全立法、执法和司法工作为基础,以宣传和普及法治教育为抓手,积极推动法治文化参与优化和创新社会管理机制,才能推动社会主义文化健康发展。

Legal culture,a key part of China's socialist culture,is reflected in various aspects of our life and plays a key role in development of socialist culture.China's legal culture remains underdeveloped,even may handicap national development.Therefore,vigorous development of the legal culture promotes development and prosperity of socialist culture.We should take the opportunity of improvement of Party's leadership in culture construction,improve legislation,legal enforcement and judicial work,popularize law-related education,promote optimization of legal culture and innovate social management mechanism with a view to facilitating the healthy development of socialist culture.
