In the new era,grass-root public security bureaus are confronted with puzzles involving chaotic systems,inadequate police force and serious formalism.Due to the great responsibility,the police commissioners must be equipped with high quality in politics,ideology,morality,culture,physical fitness and capability.In addition,they are expected to unswervingly serve the overall interests,enforce the law for the people,and place great emphasis on developing the police contingent in a down-to-earth manner.
