边防派出所快速接处警工作的思考

Reflections on How Border Police Stations Promptly Receive and Handle Emergencies

目前,边防派出所快速接处警工作存在一定的出警缓慢、处警不够得力等问题,究其原因主要在于接处警范围过宽、民警素质不高、警力不足和装备落后。面对边境地区日趋复杂的治安形势和面临的这些问题,必须加强边防派出所快速接处警工作。边防派出所应当严格规范接处警行为、努力提高民警素质、合理配置警力和规范接处警范围以及减少非警务活动,才能做好快速接处警工作。

Border police stations are still slow in deploying policing actions and ineffective in handling cases when receiving and handling emergencies,which is attributed to the excessively wide scope of the emergencies,low police' quality,inadequate police forces and backward equipment.In face of the increasingly complicated public security situation and the said problems,emphasis must be placed on prompt receiving and handling emergencies on the part of the border police stations,which should strictly standardize actions of promptly receiving and handling emergencies,strive to improve the police' quality,rationally deploy police forces,standardize the scope of the emergencies and cut down non-policing work in an effort to achieve efficiency in promptly receiving and handling emergencies.
