法律文书写作课程是一门具有法律专业性质的应用写作课程,具有综合性、实用性和技能性,其教学目标就是为了培养学生成为适应法律职业要求的复合型人才。传统法律文书写作课程教学过程主要存在课时较少、案例陈旧和缺乏点评等问题。因此,对法律文书写作课程进行有效教学,必须明确教学重点和讲究教学方法。
